About One Janitorial
Peter Boland started One Janitorial in 2012 in his basement in Calgary. Today we clean buildings across six provinces and territories with a network of local cleaning business owners.
Alliances, not staff
Our cleaners are local cleaning companies. They get the contracts, the training and the support. Our clients get owners who care about the work.
Fewer than 1 in 10 applicants make it through.
Vision
To be known as the best janitorial service provider in the world.
Mission
To work with and train purpose-driven service providers.
What we stand for
Action
We do it now, not next week.
100% accountability
If it is our building, it is our problem.
Clients first
We start from what the client needs.
No jerks
No knee-jerk reactions and no harassment. Ever.
Massive action
We work hard to get big results.
